How Do I Sign Up for a PAPCO Fleet Card?

Information

Vehicle Analysis Report produced weekly, semi-monthly or monthly. The report lists dates, times, vehicles, employee, location, fuel volume and type, dollar amount, miles per gallon, cost per mile, state and federal taxes. Off-road and equipment cards available for equipment and machinery which are used for non-highway business,
tracking fuel consumption for state and local tax rebates.

Control

Eliminates cash transactions and identifies unauthorized purchases. Cards can be set up for fuel only, or fuel and other products. Provides positive vehicle and driver identification. Cards can be set up to flag unauthorized purchases by product type, quantity and date/time. Reports may be accessed 24/7 via a secure website.

Customer Service

Customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Cards and driver ID's can be invalidated within 60 minutes. New or replacement cards generally take 2-3 business days.
