Q. What's new about papco.com?

A. We have tailored our site with you in mind. For your convenience, this site has been divided into 3 sections.  If you are a residential customer, you can click on the "At Home" link on the left side of the Home Page. Commercial customers will find their questions answered "In Business" and Branded Wholesale Gas and Fleet Pump customers will often find what they are looking for under "On the Road."  Once you begin viewing the site, you will have additional links on the right side of the page from which to choose.

 

Q. How do I find my account information?

A.  A. On the right side of the Home Page above the globe, you will find an account  log in button.   Simply click on the button and you will be prompted for your account number and pin.  Please   contact your account representative or our customer service department if you need your account   number and temporary pin.  Papco recommends you change your temporary pin to something   relative to you and easy to remember.  Secure pin numbers usually include a combination of   letters and numbers, and should be at least 7 characters.  Once you are equipped with your   account number and pin you may choose to:

         View Your Account Profile
         View Your Purchase History
         View Your Invoices - including specific charges
         Pricing
         Contracts (where applicable)
         Fuel Price Notification  (where applicable)
         Credit Card Memo Report  (where applicable)
         Current Draft Notice Report  (where applicable)
         Market Price Report  (where applicable)
         Contract Compliance Report  (where applicable)

 

Q. How do I print my invoice?

A. Login to your account with your account number and the provided pin.  Select "View Your Invoices," click on the invoice you need, select "Export to PDF," then print.  Please note that you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to export your invoice to a PDF.


Q. If I have a question or a problem, to whom do I speak?

A. Do not hesitate to contact your account manager or customer service with any questions.

 

Q. What do I need to access my account?

A. In order to access PAPCO Reports, you will need a connection to the Internet and Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.0 or higher).  Microsoft Internet Explorer may be downloaded for free at www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.asp.  It is recommended that you set your display resolution to at least 1024 x 768 pixels.

Q. If I lose my pin, who do I call?

A. Please call Customer Service at 499-5977 or contact your account representative.

Q. Is security an issue?

A. PAPCO realizes the importance of security and confidentiality. Both Account ID and the Secure Sockets Layer protocol are implemented to enforce security for PAPCO Reports. Your Account ID provides you access to your reports. Without a valid Account ID and PIN, third parties cannot gain access to your reports. Secure Sockets Layer technology is employed to prevent eavesdropping and data tampering while you are connected to our web site.
