Payment Options

Budget or Even Payment Plan

Both fuel prices and winter temperatures can be unpredictable. With Papco’s Budget Payment Plan you don’t pay for your deliveries when you receive them, instead you make smaller, predictable monthly payments. With 80% of heating fuel bills coming in a five month period; this can create an extra burden, but it doesn’t have to, because you can spread your heating bills over a longer period of time. Here are the benefits:

• No more surprise bills – even if you get two deliveries in one month, you still only pay your low monthly payment.
• No money pinch – you don’t have to worry about getting a delivery at an inconvenient time, and have extra cash during the holidays.
• Low predictable monthly payments.
• Service contracts can be included in payments.
• Take advantage of automatic payment options

Calculating your budget payment is easy. We will estimate your usage, multiply it by this year’s projected prices and split the total into even monthly payments. In July we reconcile your account by adding all your payments through June and the amount of your deliveries you received through June 30.

If you’ve paid too much we can roll the credit into next year’s budget payment amount, thus reducing that payment or we can send you a credit balance refund check. If the cost of the fuel delivered is greater than the amount paid through the season you will receive an invoice for that amount.

For your convenience, we review the status of your budget account in February to check our projected figures and make adjustments if it appears you are either paying too much or not enough. Our goal is to come within one-month payment or credit when we reconcile in July.

There is a $.05 per gallon discount on the amount of fuel delivered if payment is received within 15 days of invoice date.

Senior Citizen & Military Discount

PAPCO offers a $.02 per gallon
additional discount to military personnel and anyone over 62 years old.

Automatic Fill Oil Delivery Service

PAPCO offers convenient, dependable, automatic fuel delivery service that provides you with a steady flow of fuel and peace of mind. Thanks to a sophisticated monitoring system, we can keep track of your fuel usage as well as weather forecasts; therefore, we know when to fill your tank.

Automatic fill customers will receive guaranteed price protection, removing any unexpected volatility. There’s also no need to check tank levels, call for deliveries, or be home when deliveries are made. You will also receive tank and sludge protection. And, best of all, Automatic Delivery is FREE and with NO contract or obligation.

In order for us to accurately determine when you will require your next delivery it is essential that we fill your tank every delivery and make the delivery when the system indicates you are ready for one. This process is similar to calculating your automobile’s miles per gallon, except we track the “Heating Degree Days” and not miles in order to estimate your usage.

It is also important that you notify us if you experience changes in your household which would affect your oil usage i.e. moving, illness, birth of child, extended company, out of the area for extended period of time etc, in order for us to adjust your estimated usage in the system.

In the unfortunate event you may run out of oil while on Automatic delivery Papco offers emergency delivery service and if necessary will send a technician to get you started at no cost to you or reimburse you the cost of having your unit started. You will also receive a $25 coupon to use because of the inconvenience.

Will Call Delivery Service

There is a minimum delivery of 100 gallons on all will call orders. COD payments are accepted prior to your delivery either through credit card or we can accept your check when it is pre-authorized through our check approval system.

Guaranteed Price Protection Program

Our automatic customers receive our CAP price protection for the heating season. What this means is that you will not pay any more than the CAP, but if prices are lower than the CAP, you will get the lower price. As a PAPCO customer, you have the comfort of knowing you will always receive our lowest price for fuel.
