PAPCO's Oil Heat Service Plan Covers:

• Annual preventive maintenance and cleaning
• Priority scheduling during normal business hours
• Oil burner labor charges, discounted hourly rate on other services
• $50 parts allowance
• 24-hour emergency service
• Waterside of the system is not covered under contract

PAPCO's Air Conditioning Service Plan Covers:

• Annual preventive maintenance and cleaning
• First hour of labor cost
• Pulley, contractor, blower relay, control transformer, fan center, start capacity and run capacity parts are included. There is a $50 allowance toward replacement of blower motor or condensing fan motor
• 10% discount on evaporator coil, condensing coil, compressor, blower, air cleaners, condensate pump and/or thermostat
• Refrigerant leaks, electronic leak tests, reclaiming of refrigerant, repairing leaks and rewiring of system are not included.

Annual preventive maintenance and cleaning is recommended for ALL systems for efficient operation, safety and to avoid emergency repairs.
